The Estimator is responsible for the timely preparation of commercial and technical proposals from receipt of RFQ until final presentation to the customer.

Working 2 days in office and 3 days at home

Someone needed with circa 4-5 year's experience, QS/Engineering degree.

**Education Required**:
Relevant degree i.e. Quantity Surveying/Engineering

Mathematical / numeric qualifications desirable

**W ork Experience Required**:
Estimating experience preferably within the engineering / construction / service environment.

Experience in preparing commercial and technical proposals in Microsoft 'Excel’ & MS 'Word’

Previous experience of preparing cost/revenue budgets

Previous Commercial experience &/or exposure to Negotiating & Marketing functions would be of an advantage

Customer facing experience

An attention to detail and a degree of Commercial acumen

Ability to multi task

Good written and oral communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
