**Job role**:

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Process customer information in line with company procedures
- Update and maintain customer records in the company’s CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services or solutions
- Offer product recommendations or upsell where appropriate
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company incentives
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes

We are unable to accept Tier 2 Student visas due to the availability of the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
