We are looking for someone who has never worked as a Deputy Manager before, but who is highly experiencedas a Team Leader to take the leap into this position. As a Deputy Manager you will support the Home Manager in the home that provides residential, respite and dementia care to our residents. Providing person-centred care, delivering excellent quality outcomesand supporting our residents and our teams is very important to us and we are looking for someone to join our team, who can really shine and make a difference to the lives of others by demonstrating, warmth and leadership. The right person will be coming inwith a fresh set of eyes and ready to showcase that they can take on the duties and responsibilities that come with this role. **Experience and Qualifications**:

- 3 years experience working as a Team Leader in any Healthcare setting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all staff are supported and always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents' personal, psychological, and social care needs are met. Your team will be extremely important too,looking to provide inspirational leadership and daily management. You will undertake staff supervisions and support of team members' development, always looking to demonstrate our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.

**Salary**:

- £11.40 per/hour
