**Full time Residential Deputy Manager**

Up to £40,000

Location - Bristol

Halcyon are proud to be working with a specialist outstanding organisation. A unique setting on the outskirts of Bristol, delivering residential and tailored therapeutic care to children with varying emotional, social, physical and psychological needs, offeringthem a stable and secure home environment that they may not have experienced elsewhere.The home offers specialist education and care provision creating the best possible outcomes for the young people. Specialty care in attachment and trauma issues, self-harmand associated risk-taking behaviors and autism is offered.

What we would like to see -- A deputy manager who can lead the team and create an environment where the young people can thrive is vital.
- A deputy manager who will ensure their team and young people feel happy, safe and motivated whilst ensuring the home operates to a high standard.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential childcare.
- You should hold a Level 3 relevant qualification and a full UK driving licence. The Level 5 Leadership and Management is desirable but it’s not a deal breaker as this is fully supported and funded
- . A committed and enthusiastic leader, who starts every day with a fresh outlook and the passion to make a difference is vital.
