Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest service in a bustling restaurant environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance guest experience
- Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to during all stages of food preparation and service
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handling basic maths for order totals, bill payments, and cash handling
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area
- Demonstrating excellent time management skills to meet service demands

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with front of house operations and guest services
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of service
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
