We are a forktruck company specialising in hire and sales. We are based in Rayleigh, Essex and pride ourselves with being in the business for over 30 years offering a high quality service to our customers.
This roll has been created due to continued growth and requires the following experience:
- Experience with Sage 50 is essential
Bank reconciliations
Preparing monthly payment runs
Responsible for approval process
Posting of bank receipts
Processing supplier invoices
Liaising with customers where necessary
Credit Control and maintenance
Raising invoices
Competent in use of Microsoft excel, Word, Outlook
Processing Sales and purchase invoices
Petty cash
Chase PO
Monitor and chase outstanding invoices
Supplier statements
Answering telephone
Assisting with general office duties
Salary will depend on skill level
