Specialising in residential estate and block management we can guarantee no two days are ever the same. The right person will be the **First point of contact**for all forms of correspondence and help delegate tasks to the correct person so our high standards and quick response times can be maintained.

Upon joining the company, you will undergo an extensive training regime with experienced specialists in this field. You will also be guided and assisted by other members of the team who are accredited to at least a level 4 level within their own field.

The natural progression from this role will be to an assistant property manager. This has been consistently achieved within 6 months from joining the company by existing employee's who have followed this path.

From there you will have the opportunity to gain accreditations and have a designated career path all the way to a senior property manager.

This role is **Hybrid**with 4 days being based in Rayleigh Essex within our beautiful office suite and our developments are all over the South East and London. This will therefore mean 1 day **working from home** with further flexibility being possible with prior agreement.

- Full driving licence and access to own car

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience within an office environment and a similar role
- Background knowledge of Leasehold/Freehold and Service Charge

**Duties**:

- Assisting areas of the business with their administrative tasks.
- identifying what area of the business is required for the incoming queries
- Social media interactions including creating and managing content
- Stationary and supplies management
- General account administration and handling less complex leasehold enquiries
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Salary**: 23k annually

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 9am - 5pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
