10% shift premium whilst on rotating shifts

£11.66 hour / £422.68 weekly minimum

Rising to £12.78 hour / £463.28 weekly minimum (after 6-month probation period)

The Company

Our client builds sustainable modular homes for various housing developers and local authorities within the UK.

They are a leading supplier of modular building solutions that offer exceptional service, innovative products, and superior building quality across their temporary and permanent construction projects.

The company has recently appointed additional senior leadership support, comprising senior execs from market leading blue-chip corporations including McLaren and Airbus, who will help to propel the company forward in this rapidly growing sector.

The Position

Our client, based in the Derbyshire area, is recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to work on a 12-week temp to perm basis. Full training is provided at their bespoke on-site training academy and excellent career prospects are available.

Hours

7.30AM - 3.30PM whilst in training

Moving to rotating shift pattern

6AM - 2PM 1st week

2.30PM - 10.30PM 2nd week

Repeat

Wages:
£10.60 hour / £384.25 weekly minimum

Overtime

After 7.25 hours - time and a third (£15.55 per hour)

Saturdays - time and a half (£17.49 per hour)

Sundays - double time (£23.32per hour)

Previous Experience of working in a production/construction environment (Desirable)
Have a Practical Nature (Desirable)
