Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced salesperson to develop new business for Cesur Packaging UK to help grow our influence in the UK market. For this role, experience selling FIBCs is desirable or at least some experience within the packaging industry, as are strong communication skills and a customer service attitude. As a sales specialist, you should also be results-driven and ready to help meet our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve own sales targets with recognition of the impact on overall company performance
- Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
- Develop strong and long-term client relationships
- Liaise with sales support executive and production to ensure customers’ needs are met
- Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
- Negotiate contracts/prices and close agreements
- Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement
- Follow all internal business processes
- Following up business leads and identifying new sales opportunities
- Setting up client meetings for new and existing clients
- Promoting the organisations additional products and services
- Managing ongoing business accounts whilst building on the current relationships
- Monitoring sales data and account performance
- Produce regular reports showing progress
- Any other duties that may be required to meet the business needs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as in a field sales role ideally in the FIBC or packaging industry
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Must have a driving licence and be willing to travel nationwide and on occasion stay away from home
- Travel to Turkey on a periodic basis for intense product training and intercompany relationship building

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
