Carry out technical (desktop-based) audits of BREEAM assessments, and issue clear and concise feedback based on the outcome of those audits to licensed assessors, within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with assessors to ensure they are kept updated on the status of their assessments.
- Actively support in the up-skilling of existing team members and training of new staff, including shadow training/audit review.
- Maintenance of all relevant records and databases relating to certification work processed.
- Recommend assessments for certification and prepare certificate where required.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of the QA process and maintain consistency throughout the team.
- Other tasks as required by the needs of the operational team.
- Actively work with the BCMs to manage your personal workloads and identify areas of personal/professional development.

**How will success be measured?**

Success is measured based on meeting clearly defined objectives which are aligned with the overall business targets to customer satisfaction, financial performance and people measures.

**What do I need in order to deliver this role?**
- Detailed knowledge of the relevant Standards.
- Ability to judge significance and clearance of non-conformities.
- Experience of designing, making or testing similar products.
- Good understanding of BRE processes.
- Good understanding of customer business sector.
- Good understanding of customer products, processes and organisation.
- Good note-taking and report writing skills.
- Good presentational skills.
