**Join our Care team as an Activities Coordinator**
Baycroft, Orpington, is a beautifully designed 60-bed care home with a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Focusing on their resident’s happiness, the staff are extremely caring and skilled to ensure the best possible care is provided.

**The Role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position Activities Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include:
- Involvement with all residents to plan/create activities to suit everyone’s needs.
- Providing entertainment ideas and action these.
- Being able to drive a minibus or train to drive the minibus / company car also available.
- Organising family days / coffee mornings / fetes.
- Developing links with play groups / local schools / community groups.
**What you need to succeed**
- Have previous experience developing engaging and creative activity plans
- Ideally have previous experience working in an adult care setting
- Have a NVQ in Health and Social Care (Desirable)
- **Salary: £11.19 p/h** - 20 Hours Per Week - Flexible Start & Finish Times - Rolling Rota - Includes Alternative Weekends
