CRM Marketing Manager - £62,000

A new fintech platform in London are looking for a CRM Managr to join their digital marketing team. The company have hired some impressive talent in the market and are looking to get to 100 by the end of the year (currently at 60).

You will be the go-to person to support and enable the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial teams and execute marketing communications through Hubspot. This is the perfect opportunity for a Hubsport expert with extensive, hands-on CRM experience whothrives in a fast-paced work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the day-to-day execution of all CRM marketing communications
- Be theHubspot expert, developing the tool and its integrations to enable the wider Marketing and Sales teams to be as effective as possible
- Define and implement the CRM marketing strategy, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product teams to drive awareness, expansion and loyalty across the customer base

- Working closely with commercial teams to optimise the usage of Hubspot
- Monitor and analysing CRM and sales data to identify the effectiveness of a product, sales process, or campaign

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years' experience in a CRM/Sales Operations role mainly using Hubspot
- Demonstrable experience in the analysis, design and automation of business processes
- Ability to work with and support multiple teams
- A growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
