**CRM and Marketing Manager to join an empowering CRM agency**

**The CRM and Marketing Manager will join a thriving CRM agency based in London.**

**What else will you do?**
- Understanding of the data ecosystem
- Act as a technical consultant
- Represent the marketing team, our agency partners, and the customer in tech deployments
- Request new capabilities and data points not fulfilled by Global roadmaps
- Manage access to our data and systems
- Manage issues and defects when they occur
- Lead the customer growth forecasting and commercial impact of our systems
- Critically evaluate and make recommendations on opportunities offered by potential new partners

**What do you need?**
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a technically focused CRM or Marketing technology position
- Strong understanding and experience of CRM and marketing technology platforms
- Strong understanding of experience of customer segmentation and lifecycle principles
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, understandable business
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- A self-starter with a bias for action and desire to own and improve projects and campaigns
- Strong and proven organisation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong commercial focus
