**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Organise files and documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote productivity.
**Experience**
- Previous office experience is essential, ideally in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Typing skills with a high level of accuracy are required.

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,053.86 per year
