We are currently recruiting for a host to join our team to be the face of our venue, meeting and greeting guests and kick starting their experience with us.

**Your Role**:
As our Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a smile and setting the tone for their dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Warm Welcome**: Greeting guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door.
- **Seating Arrangements**: Organising and managing table allocations to ensure efficient seating and maximise capacity during busy periods.
- **Reservation Management**: Handling reservation inquiries, confirming bookings, and maintaining an organised system for managing reservations.
- **Guest Assistance**: Assisting guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- **Team Support**: Collaborating with our service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service for every guest.
- **Cleanliness and Presentation**: Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the host station and front-of-house area to create a welcoming and professional environment.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

- **Friendly Welcome**: A warm and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and a knack for making guests feel welcome.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organisational abilities with the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members at all levels.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative and supportive team member who works well with others and contributes to the overall success of the team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
