Key Responsibilities
? Map and Oversee all HR Processes
? Provide an efficient and effective support service to the wider business.
? Support our recruitment process
? Play an active role in Employee On boarding
? Support Payroll administrative duties
? Keep and maintain our employee records
? Maintain our HR Policies
? Support Line Managers through disciplinary procedures
? Maintain our Employee Contracts, Handbooks and policies
? Support staff wellness and performance reviews
? Play an active role in Employee Off boarding
? With the support of the Operations Director and HR external team ensure we are compliant with laws and regulations
? Handling Employee Benefits
? Designing and implementing training programmes
? Management, budgeting of Company Events & Socials
? Support managers on their development and management of KPIs
? Obtain references for all new employees
? Complete DVLA checks on team members as and when required
? Obtain CRC's as part of the on boarding process
? Manage the Return to Work process General Responsibilities
? Management of all business training
? Management of airport pass requirements
? Support other administrative duties when required Position Requirements (knowledge & experience)
? Detail Oriented
**Requirements**:
? Experience working in a similar HR role
? Strategic thinking skills
? Impeccable Verbal and written communication skills
? Exceptional interpersonal skills
? Good IT knowledge (Inc Microsoft office / Google Workspace products)
? The ability to work using your own initiative as well as working within a team
? Good people skills and customer service ethic.
? Flexibility
? Problem solving
? Strong Organisational skills
? Punctuality
? The ability to multitask
? Clean and full driving license
? CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
? Knowledge of employment law
