**Summary**

We are seeking enthusiastic part-time Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team at The Bank House over the summer months, with the possibility of a permanent position. Located in a historic setting, this role is essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the pub and restaurant.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
