Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a friendly team in a 2 bed children’s home in Norwich, Cheshire.

The company is well established with homes in Staffordshire and Cheshire to provide a therapeutic approach to vulnerable children and young people aged 8-18 years with complex needs.

**Senior Support Worker Requirements**
- Diploma level 3 Children and young people workforce or NVQ equivalent.
- Ability to work shift patterns.
- At least 12 months experience of working in a residential setting with children and young people.

**Senior Support Worker Benefits**
- Salary of £31,992 to £33,030 per annum (depending on experience)

- Residential Childcare: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
