**Overview**
The view is an award winning holiday and venue located on the banks of the Blackwater Estuary.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team for our multi function venues. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional customer service that enhances their experience. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our front of house, contributing to a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff, with you skills in restaurant, bartending and food safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and speciality drinks.
- Ensure all food and beverages are served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Provide assistance to guests with any inquiries or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or food service preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and cash handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or boxes if necessary.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.04 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
