What We Offer: - Full training and support to complete your care certificate and qualifications, even if you're new to social care. - A chance to be part of an award-winning, life-changing charity that promotes independence for every individual we support. - A values-driven organization, where we focus on respect, courage, ambition, and partnership—not just experience. - Daytime shifts on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week), giving you a great work-life balance The Role: - Support 3 young men with learning disabilities and mobility issues to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. - Help them stay active and involved in the community, participating in fun, engaging activities that suit their energetic lifestyles. - Provide hands-on care and support with day-to-day tasks at home, including personal care, helping with mobility, and encouraging independence. **Requirements**: - A full UK/EU driving license is required. - The ability to bring empathy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the role. - Passion for social care and a commitment to supporting others to live their best lives. "Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010."
