To work as part of the PMO team performing business support duties and project management.

**Your role**

Providing project support to the divisional Project Office by administering project delivery processes and undertaking project administration for a range of projects as required by the business.

Your role will involve:

- Project Management of low-risk engagements
- Basic project accounting & month end closing
- Purchase order tracking
- Invoice generation & tracking
- Carrying out other business support responsibilities, as assigned by the PMO Manager, including but not limited to:

- Supporting the measurement, analysis and reporting of business operational information, including timesheet data, utilisation, finances, efficiency & compliance
- Other duties as deemed appropriate by the GPO Management Team

**Your profile**

Ideally you will already have some experience of working in project administration. You will have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to an intermediate level (advanced level an advantage) and an understanding of business operations and associated processes.

You will have good problem solving and analytical skills, have a high standard of numeracy and be confident in working with numbers, be a good communicator (written and verbal), have excellent interpersonal skills and also the ability to quickly build rapport with others. You will be self-motivated, able to use your initiative with a can-do attitude, be organised with good time management and the ability to rapidly switch between different tasks and prioritise your workload.

You will be comfortable working both as part of a team and under your own initiative. You will take accountability for doing a good job and completing your tasks on time and to a high-standard. You will be able to remain calm, effective and succeed in a sometimes fast-paced and exacting environment.
