IPERA are looking for experienced **financial administrators**, to support their business assisting workers, who have lost their jobs, to claim their redundancy benefits and to preserve their pension entitlement.

Hours: Part time/Full time 15 - 37.5 hours per week

Day to day duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Gathering and summarising Employee information to substantiate their claims for redundancy and benefits;
- Preparing reports for in support of employment and pension claims.
- In addition, there will a requirement to perform general administrative duties answering telephone calls and recording queries to be processed, scanning, copying, filing and uploading data to the CRM system.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- IT literate with good keyboard skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, excel and,
- Familiarity with Database/CRM systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff. Competent in taking and forwarding messages accurately and promptly.
- Reliable, dependable and willing to 'pitch in' at all times, possessing a friendly, helpful and communicative manner
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

Salary - Negotiable; indicatively £15 per hour but may increase, depending on relevance and experience.

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week
