HCFX are looking for a stand alone B2B Marketing Executive who can help us develop a strategy to support our fast growing revenue and at the same time perform day to day marketing tasks in this 360 role.

Hamilton Court FX are a FCA Regulated Currency Market Expert, offering Foreign Exchange, FX Options, and Bespoke structured products. HCFX have a core belief that our team are vital to our success and we ensure we take the time to understand the needs ofour clients first, and find out what’s right for them before advising on the best course of action.

You will undertake the whole range of B2B marketing activities from working on our strategy delivery to support sales growth to ensuring daily content is produced to the highest standards. Activities will include:

- Reviewing the Trading teams morning report ensuring it adheres to Brand guidelines and is compliant and sending it to clients using Pardot.
- Developing how we use Pardot to ensure we continually improve how we communicate with customers
- Creating our monthly client update - FTFX and other marketing collateral
- Recommend, design and implement key marketing initiatives in the UK
- Contribute to website redevelopment project with our outsourced Web Development company
- Work on SEO and SEM strategies and execution
- Uphold Brand guidelines and work with the business to ensure the highest standards are maintained on business communication and social media platforms
- Manage our social media platforms ensuring frequent engaging content
- Create and deliver a Marketing strategy to support our growth
- Work with the business to create marketing material and campaigns that support Sales strategies
- Contribute to internal communications to ensure staff are kept up to date and engaged
- Develop our employer brand on social media to attract talent

What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience within the B2B Financial Services industry
- Enthusiasm, passion and drive to want to develop yourself, we'll provide plenty of training and business support if you provide a positive, proactive strategy
- Experience of creating engaging content for products
- Fluency in English, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast moving, entrepreneurial and regulated organization
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail is critical.
