Job Title: Human Resources Project Officer

Positions: 1 x Fixed Term Full Time - 18 Months

**Salary**: Scale PO2, NJC Spinal Column Points 30-33 £36,298-£39,493 (plus 19.5% employer pension contribution)

Working closely to assist the HR & OD Manager you will be required to lead on and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and HR and OD projects. Play a full role across all areas of the HR & OD function, inputting creative solutions to HR & OD issues and challenges, and providing professional advice on HR & OD practice. Co-ordinate/ mange various projects in areas such as; Employee Engagement initiatives; IIP related activities, Corporate Induction and Performance Management.

In return you will be offered a salary of £36,298-£39,493 per annum (Full Time Equivalent) - with a 19.5% Employer pension contribution in addition
