As a representative at Specsavers, you will be an integral part of our call centre team, the phone is your priority, whilst providing outstanding support to our customers across various inquiries related to eye care services and products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Handling Calls**: Responding to all calls from customers regarding a range of topics including orders, appointment scheduling, product inquiries, and general customer service issues. Whilst using iCall to monitor the missed appointments, calling them back, going through overdue reports for both sight tests and contact lenses booking them in.
- **Supporting with NHS Submissions**: Assisting with monthly NHS payments for our eye care services and products, using PCSE and ensuring correct payments are made reconciling records, looking after sundry debts and write offs
- **Contact Lenses**: Offering support and guidance to customers with contact lenses queries over the phone whilst being able to order lenses completing and unpacking the delivery and filing returns, whilst being able to sign someone up to CLSP.
- **Clinical Coordination**: Confirming appointments for the following day offering all services discussing contact lenses and audiology. Making sure we have all relevant information and to be able to book them into the correct clinics. Triaging them maximising the diary whilst ensuring smooth operations and efficient patient flow, reducing our failed to attends.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about eyecare services, products, and NHS payment processes.
- Familiarity with clinical coordination and preparation processes is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
