We work with businesses across the UK and deliver training courses from the Park City Consulting HQ, based in the heart of Essex and London. Our team assists companies to navigate, keep up to date with and implement Employment Law and Health & Safety legislation,allowing business owners and managers to focus on managing their business direction.

Our services are tailored and bespoke to our clients needs and we become an extension of our clients management teams.

**The Position of HR Business Partner is central to the delivery of HR services to our clients. The primary responsibilities are as follows;**
- To be the trusted business partner for HR services for our clients and be responsible for a portfolio of clients ensuring the provision of our services in line with the clients agreed Service Level Agreement.
- To provide exceptional service to our clients in all aspects of work in line with our Company Values and Behaviours.
- To promote the Company at every opportunity and project a professional image at all times.

Your Client Portfolio, will be varied, both in terms of sector and size, most clients are within two hours drive. Other clients may need a train journey to meet with their Directors and Managers, typically London.

Services vary across the portfolio due to either their HR maturity or their business dynamics. ER case management will be a critical part of supporting a client, in addition to the development and maintenance of their compliance documents, including employmentcontracts and company policies and procedures. We make a genuine effort not to provide templates, letters and documents required are drafted by our HR leads supported by the admin team.

A typical week is one office day to catch up with colleagues and the admin team, the other four days, supporting clients and service delivery, these may be face to face meetings or MS Teams.

Once induction and on-boarding is completed and we are both satisfied systems and procedures are known and being followed hybrid working is then possible with the agreement of HR Operations manager.

There are a set days of the month that are office days to attend all staff meetings and team meetings.

**Minimum Criteria**:

- CIPD LEVEL 5 - 7
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle
- Lives within 20 miles of Colchester
