**About Us**: Ministry Protective is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Stewards. As an Event Steward, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the public at various events and venues.

**Responsibilities**: As an Event Steward, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service and care to event attendees.
- Assisting in carrying out pre-event checks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Attending pre-event briefings and becoming familiar with the location layout, facilities, and emergency procedures.
- Assisting with ticket checking, queue management, and ensuring a smooth flow of attendees into the event or venue.
- Monitoring crowds for signs of disturbance, incidents, or overcrowding.
- Responding to and assisting with any emergency situations as required.

**Qualifications**: To succeed in this role, you'll need the following qualities:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the job.
- A professional demeanour with sound judgment and integrity.
- A can-do attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
- The right to work in the UK.
