We are a team of 20+ b2b market researchers based in Manchester, London and Germany. We excel at delivering world class insights to our clients to enable them to make better decisions. We work on a range of projectsboth qual and quant, tracking and ad-hoc and cover a huge range of topics including brand, customer needs, product/proposition development and market opportunities.

Outside of the day-to-day we run weekly training sessions internally sharing new methods and techniques or the latest thinking in b2b marketing and formal training on key aspects of the job including presentation skills and market research methods. 2-3 times a year we all get together in person to share ideas and celebrate our wins.

**A snapshot of a day in the life of a Senior Research Executive**:
As a Research Manager at B2B International, your role will be varied with no two days being the same You will work with a range of clients developing insights for some of the largest B2B brands in the world.

You will manage a variety of projects for a range of global companies, advising them on how to grow their business, build their brands and exceed the expectations of their customers.

You will be based in Manchester where we have two research teams that service our clients based across Europe. We work with our insights colleagues based in London, Germany and beyond.

Career progression is important to us, you will have regular check-ins on your career development, and we will work with you to become a lead research consultant.

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll bring**:
We're looking for curious and analytical individuals with experience in the following research activities:

- Design quantitative questionnaires and discussion guides following research objectives
- Manage multiple projects according to project timelines and budget
- Manage our teams (e.g., research executives, fieldwork, data processing, visualisation)
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative survey data
- Use quantitative data analysis packages e.g., Q, SPSS, R
- Understanding of when to use statistics and advanced analytical techniques
- Write concise visualised research reports in PowerPoint
- Develop the report structure and storyline including conclusions and strategic recommendations
- Verbally present data and insights to clients
