We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working a 40 hours full time week making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Trinity House.

This is located in the heart of a residential community in Lockerbie, Trinity House is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team also support individuals who have behaviours that may challenge and associated mental or physical health needs.

The team at Trinity House are focused on ensuring that residents are part of their local community and can access education, employment and other opportunities to meet their needs. Individuals are supported at local paid and voluntary work placements, as well as at living and vocational skills courses at the local college.

**Your day-to-day**
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
