At Team Support we are looking for a Business support assistant to join our team.

**1 x 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)**

They must be able to meet the physical demands of the post when required, which may include a level of manual handling, and have good PC skills including an understanding of the use of MS Office packages.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Offer an excellent Customer Service in any contact with external or internal customers
- To provide detailed information to customers.
- Take accurate notes and transcribe into records
- Produce reports using automated software or standard templates to meet data management and service monitoring requirementsMaintain records in a timely and accurate manner
- Process financial transactions is in a timely and accurate manner

**For this role it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes**:

- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent customer careThe ability to work under pressure
- A positive caring outlook and enabling attitude
- Good word processing skills and experience of using MS Office
- Ability to take notes of meetings and record action points
- Have excellent written and communication skills
- Enjoy a challenge and be flexible in your approach to work
