Graduate Site Administrator

ICON is recruiting for a Graduate Site Administrator, who will be working as part of our busy Operations Team, based in our office in Swansea, on a hybrid working basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate to gain new responsibilities in a range of payments and process driven activities, before becoming commercially focused and be a key player within the Clinical Trials side of the wider organization.
The Graduate Site Administrator provides support to study sites and clinical project teams engaged in clinical research studies, and adheres to applicable protocols, standard operating procedures and all applicable guidelines and country/region-specificregulatory requirements.
**The duties the Graduate Site Administrator will carry out are**:
- Support investigator payments.
- Collect & validate invoices for processing.
- Collaborate closely with different departments as well as external clients regarding payments.
- Responding to issues at sites that pose risk and escalating accordingly.
- Completes essential document collection and review throughout the study lifecycle inclusive of site activation.
- Acts as primary site contact/liaison for study and site management issues including addressing questions, inclusive of protocol questions, managing study supplies
- Perform data review inclusive of site level data review, query resolution, facilitate database closure and freezing procedures as per study plans.
**To be considered for the Graduate Site Administrator role you must have**:
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Healthcare or Bio-Sciences.
- Basic knowledge of the drug development process.
- Working knowledge and practical utilization of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
