**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness. Weekend only Saturday 10am-2:30pm Sunday 10am-2:30pm

**Duties**
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as required.
- Ensure that all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
