**Compliance Assistant**
**Location**: Towcester (Hybrid)
**Salary**: Negotiable + Benefits

As a business we continue to go from strength to strength, having looked after our clients needs across the country for over 20 years.

Due to our ongoing growth we're looking to further enhance our support services team with the addition of a Compliance Assistant to work closely with the Compliance and Conduct Manager.

You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive compliance and administrative support to the team and wider business whilst ensuring business is written in line with company and FCA requirements.**

**The day to day**:

- Monitoring and assessing advisers via file checking and identify any training needs
- Provide feedback and training where required
- Work with the Compliance team and support the T&C scheme
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting results of the PCH T&C scheme
- Assist with observations, monitoring & reporting regarding the Appointed Representatives, ensuring they have appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the fair treatment of customers and their best interests is core to the activity of the business at all times

**About you**:

- You'll have an eye for detail with the ability to influence stakeholders on corrective actions
- A skill set that includes strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, analytical, administrative and IT skills coupled with a can do attitude
- Be able to work well within a team environment and under own direction where required
- Ideally be qualified to Cert CII level (full support will be provided to obtain if not)
- Working knowledge of FCA / PRA rules and regulations
