1. To provide high Psychological Wellbeing Support & low intensity CBT services to adults with mild to moderate mental health problems.

2. To work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of team policies and procedure.

3. To deliver direct and indirect staff support interventions in accordance with NICE guidelines, within agreed activity levels and model, meeting required key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. To promote wellbeing and social inclusion.

5. To work flexibly and in accordance with service demands. This may include occasional, planned out of hours drop ins or clinics to accommodate the needs of the Hospital staff and intermittently driving to various satellite sites where other community services may be based.

6. To work to the agreed number of clinical contacts per week as set by the Team Lead

You will deliver high quality, short term evidence-based low intensity therapy using primarily

cognitive behavioural and self-management interventions. Supporting Healthcare staff with

moderate to severe mental health problems, using interventions including:

- Guided Self Help
- Cognitive Restructuring
- Behavioural Activation
- Panic and Sleep management
- Problem Solving
- Psycho-education
- Group Treatments modular CBT workshops
- Endorsing CBT Self Help books ('Books on Prescription')
- Signposting to appropriate agencies
- Provide symptom monitoring, medication advice and behavioural guidance to service users prescribed antidepressant medication.
- Conduct mental health assessments, psychological assessments and Risk Assessments. Formulate and implement Risk Management plans
- Coordinate signposting to alternative support or advisory services as appropriate and monitor the effectiveness of this intervention by follow up.
- Refer service users to specialist services if they are presenting with severe or complex conditions or risk, require complex medication advice, or who may need to acute crisis management.
