Ecommerce and Digital Lead

What you'll do: - As an Ecommerce & Digital Lead, you are responsible for the digital sales performance for Sky Business Broadband. - You will have a proven understanding of what drives digital trading, including demand & conversion - Be able to identify & drive opportunities in line with business targets, utilising data to generate insights and find opportunities, working closely with our partners to influence the key trading levers. Focus on answering "what is happening, why & what should we do." - Working with the marketing teams you will develop an end-to-end digital strategy driving high intent traffic to site and converting to sales, hitting our ROI targets. - Drive our SEO strategy to deliver against the objectives in collaboration with our agency partner and digital teams - Results focused - Ensure opportunities and risks are identified and acted upon in a timely manner - Encourage an insight driven culture to ensure a continuous improvement programme exists along with strong examples of 'test and learn' activities - Work closely with the Commercial, Trading & Marketing to ensure scope of digital trading is understood, ways of working are well established, and communication is clear - Responsible for the delivery of the online sales targets and MD playbacks in weekly trading meetings - Forecasting & quarterly planning - use your expertise and trading insight to deliver accurate forecasts. Including root-cause diagnosis of any over or under performance per RTM What you'll bring: - Experience in a senior ecommerce role, solid working understanding of key digital trading performance indicators and how these are to be used when making decisions and recommendations - Highly numerate and analytical combined with excellent communication skills to present findings to team members across various levels - A love for collaboration, credible communication style, ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to influence commercial decisions - Self-starter attitude with a real passion for identifying trading opportunities and driving improved performance - Tireless and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and optimise performance with a Positive mind-set - You are data driven in your approach, understand the digital customer, analysing the key metrics across sales, traffic, ARPU, conversion and revenue targets. - Proven experience in using Google and Adobe Analytics to turn data into sales focused insight. - Comfortable presenting performance and plans to senior stakeholders Sky Business Sky Business is the business-to-business division of Sky.
