You will:

- Be a driving force in shaping and delivering the vision of the My Sky App. Work with a wide variety of senior partners to determine success looks like for customers and the business. You’ll play a key role in its articulation and adoption across senior partners as well as your dev team.
- Lead discovery processes to fully understand our customers’ needs, their relationship with Sky, and how they interact with us across digital and non-digital channels.
- Champion a customer lifecycle-led approach throughout the discovery, design and delivery process. Build digital experiences that are tailored to the individual needs of our many customers.
- Guide the development squad to ensure first-class execution and safe delivery of digital experiences across Web and App.
- Own and prioritise the product development roadmap, ensuring it is clear and visible to all. You’ll work with your development team and a wide variety of partners to balance the needs and priorities of the business and our customers.
- Be accountable for the product backlog, prioritising it based on business value.
- You’ll be the voice of the customer, determined to bring the epitome of Sky to life through extraordinary customer-centric design.
- Use data to prioritise and promote a culture of ‘test and learn’, validating assumptions about our customers.

What you'll bring:

- A deep-seated desire to improve the customer experience.
- Experience of using agile methods, either in the capacity of a Product Owner, or in digital design or delivery environment.
- A validated track history of delivering commercially viable digital products which delight customers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with partners at all levels to elicit their requirements, and to engage and inspire them in the product vision.
- An inspiring leader - you’ll empower a cross-functional team by clearly articulating the ‘what’ in terms of the vision to build robust technical solutions for our key customer problems, as well as the ‘why’.

Strong analytical skills and be able to work with our analytics team to review the performance of our journeys and identify areas of improvement
