BDS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager to join the team in a retirement living services based in Rusilip, HA6 working for one of the UK's largest providers in retirement living.

We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Main dutuies will include but are not limited too;
- Resident welfare checks and communication.
- Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
- Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as require
- Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.
- Involving the residents in activities within the service
- To promote social inclusion within the service.
- Health and safety compliance of the service.

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AS A SCHEME MANAGER WITHIN THE RETIREMENT LVIING SECTOR

You must already have an enhanced DBS check in place

Monday - Friday -36 hours per week - 8.30am till 4.15pm

This role is initially a temporary ongoing position to start ASAP

Pay rate
- £14.26 per hour PAYE / £17.94 UMB

Pay: £14.26-£17.60 per hour
