**JOB TITLE**:Warehouse Administrator**

About our Client : Industria Personnel Services LTD is recruiting for a time-critical logistics business delivering supply chain solutions across newstrade, retail, eCommerce and more.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 13:00 - 22:00 (30 min unpaid break)

**Pay rate**: £11.10/h

**Employment Type**: Temp to Perm

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Location**: NN17 4AP

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:
Provide general administrative and logístical support services for the overall efficient running of the depot. This position provides key information and support to the management team and will involve collaboration with the Admin Supervisor/Manager.

**Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not be limited to)**
- Working closely with the other members of the Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Deal with any procurement needs.
- Identify opportunities for and initiate continuous improvement projects.
- Data inputting.
- Provide timely, quality and accurate management information, (Weekly/Monthly).
- General administration duties.
- Support with any other “ad hoc” administrative tasks.

**Key Experience and Qualifications**:

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel spread sheets, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Familiarised with WMS (warehouse management system).
- Customer Service’ oriented.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and in a similar position is essential.
- No Specific Qualifications required - full training will be provided by the client.
