Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week).
Salary - Negotiable basic, plus commission structure linked to new business generation.
30+ days paid leave per year (including 8 bank holidays and your birthday off)
Hybrid role - 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.

We seek a talented and creative individual to join our Studio team at Chapter II.
As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality, engaging digital and print projects for our range of clients across multiple niches. We’re looking for a highly-skilled and versatile individual who is just as comfortable behind the camera and editing desk as they are designing bespoke digital content.
Core responsibilities include:
Conceptualising, shooting and editing original content for clients across a variety of industries, including property, healthcare, financial, leisure, and many more, for both online and offline use
Lead in the creative direction for motion graphics, videography and
photoshoots, re-touching/rotoscoping/colour grading footage in post-production and working to the client’s vision
Editing seamlessly both stock footage, client-supplied footage and internally-shot footage, creating engaging content
Set up and set down varied video production equipment
Self-management of client video libraries, raw footage and project organisation
Providing support to the other designers and content creators to develop on-trend optimised content
Resizing and formatting content for multiple outputs including social media
Production of social media-optimised content
Required skills:
- Ability to edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software, for example, Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Davinci Resolve
- Knowledge and experience working with different types of footage, codecs and resolutions
- Knowledge and working understanding of video codecs, bit depth and chroma subsampling Working knowledge of a variety of video cameras and equipment, for example, Sony A series, Panasonic Lumix S Series, lighting and microphones, with the ability to recommend suitable equipment
- Mobile phone photography/videography
- Understanding of both online and offline production requirements
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the client’s brief and satisfaction
- Ability to adapt both static and motion outputs
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of graphic design principles
- Knowledge of motion graphic workflows
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop for social media and graphic design projects
- Understanding of photography principles
- Understanding of setting up projects for print and web outputs
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
