**Corporate Relations Officer - Manchester**

Working with in a client's corporate relations team, supporting the development and implementing the corporate engagement strategy.

**Location**:Manchester

**Salary**:£32,000 - £37,000 basic + Package

**Role and responsibilities**:
The Resolute Group are working with a client Rail client that need support within their corporate relationship team. The team is fully responsibility for developing and implementing the corporate engagement strategy, including stakeholder mapping, messaging,delivery and reporting for company-wide engagement.

This role is the supporting function covering many functions from the data collection and analysis. Reporting on the data and intelligence collated from the corporate engagement and public relations activities, events and programmes. Through to the day today reports, meetings and ensuring the social media policy is being adhered to.

Day to day activities will vary but could include:

- Team meetings; arranging project team and Programme board meetings, administrative duties; preparing meeting agenda and packs, minutes, and actions for Team and board meetings
- Supporting in the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategy, including development relations with DfT, Treasury and local authorities.
- Managing the development of a robust and structured social media strategy
- Implementation and roll out of media training and messaging development for all senior managers and directors
- Responsible for positioning papers and messaging regarding pertinent government releases and policies.
- Monitor and update reports, actions, risks, issues, and escalations
- Upload and update shared live documents on Excel updated by multiple users
- Proof-read all communications materials for grammar, spelling and consistency.

This is a hybrid role working between the main office in Manchester 2 days a week and home based 3 days a week or as required by the stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Degree qualified - Flexible on the degree
- Experience of working in a Corporate role, ideally with in the Public sector so your used to Local Authorities, DfT, NHS, Network Rail, National Highways etc..
