**Business Administrator**

Ecl-ips are looking for a Business Administrator to join their team and support the company during a time of rapid growth. This role will be key in enabling the business to move forward to an exciting new level and will contribute to the company’s growth and success.

You will be a key part in assisting the business achieve its ambitions over the coming years.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain general office files and digital systems, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Operations Teams to facilitate purchasing and order progression with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform purchase and sales ledger tasks, such as invoicing, credit control and purchase invoicing.
- Purchase office supplies, equipment and stationery.
- Perform other relevant duties as and when required.

**Weekly working hours**:

- 27.5 hours per week, 12 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday,
- Salary £20,000 - £23,000 pro-rata depending on experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
