**Job Title**: Project Administrator (Part - time)

**Location**: Ashford, option to WFH or the Office

**Salary**: £35k - £40k, Pro rata = £18,668 - £21,330pa

**Hours**:20 hours a week, our client is really flexible, you could work 2-3 days or Monday-Thursday/Friday, 4-5 hours per day for example

This company have grown by 12 employees over the past year, they have 38 employees across the UK and they're keen to recruit an experienced Project Administrator.

You will be the company's central point for commercial contracts administration, you will liaise with internal teams and clients alike to make the process of accepting and signing contracts as smooth as possible for both parties.

You will work across all product groups including new products and Service and, where required offer advice on other commercial or contractual matters.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Commercial & Contractual**
- Understand and interpret the company's contractual obligations including financial and commercial
- Minimise risk to the business on all new projects by reviewing and advising on all subcontracts and liaising with order placers to negotiate favourable terms for the company.
- Clearly communicate agreed terms and other special conditions to the wider business as appropriate
- Maximise potential cashflow by securing favourable payment terms
- Administering and/or advising on contractual conditions and client purchase orders (terms of purchase).
- Ensure contracts to procure installations, designs or other services are correctly and favourably formed and agreed).
- Ensure all commercial and contractual communications are appropriate and timely across all projects
- Ensure all sub-contractor engagements are contractually sound and risk for the company is mitigated.
- Keep accurate and up to date records and files on all contractual discussions and communications
- Use the company CRM, financial and other software as needed to ensure all appropriate information stored / shared as required

**General duties**:

- Produce a monthly report encompassing all areas under your responsibility
- Work to implement a continual improvement system which incrementally enhances project management and financial / commercial controls
- Champion the use of all company systems and drive better performance with better data
- Continually seek to improve and enhance our brand and reputational position
- Report to the leadership team on performance and progress (financial and strategic)
- Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events
- Produce reports when required by line manager
- To provide any training as may be required by the business to your or other departments or group companies, both in the UK or abroad.
- To perform any other task or duties as reasonably requested by the relevant line manager
