We are recruiting for an **Project Planning - part-time**

Reporting to our Managing Director your focus will be to work directly with our implementation team to creating work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines.

As a planner you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are kept on track by producing reports and using our project management tools to keep all other teams involved in the project on track.

The job role of a planner involves the following duties:

- Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Liaising with other team members
- Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members and clients
- Breaking large jobs down into phases of development
- Using project management tools to plan timeframes
- Working with consultants to calculate the resources needed for a project
- Planning contingency programmes in case timeframes change
- Demonstrating knowledge of construction

**Desired experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency is a big plus

**Knowledge of HubSpot/Pipedrive/ActiveCampaign is desirable but NOT essential as full certificate training will be part of your induction process**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Graduate
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
