Key Responsibilities:

- Working as an active member of our client's project teams, leading others and directly undertaking the low-level design, configuration and unit testing of Appian components and functionality, with strong technical insights and experience to inform, guide, challenge and support technical design discussions and planning
- Leading small teams of other consultants, working with mínimal supervision and able to guide and manage others. Collaborate client project team members and delivery leadership, sharing ideas and experience, providing regular updates and status reporting.
- Participate in agile delivery practices and scrum methodology, constantly increasing the level of maturity and capability, through continuous improvement, and ultimately delivering fantastic client outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Must have active Appian Senior Certified Developer credential
- Must have experience in database concepts such as data modelling, creating tables, queries and simple views, also should have experience or understanding in creating integrations, connected systems and associated error handling
- Must have an understanding of Appian best practices and should adhere to them during implementation.
- Must have experience in Agile SCRUM methodology with excellent communication skills to interact with Product Owner and Client stakeholders, including experience in working in Sprint 0 activities, leading sprint demos, participating in story refinement and sizing and mentoring others.
- Must have experience in monitoring, debugging, impact analysis and defect fixing.
- Must have experience of managing deployments and the associated pipeline and methods; also experience with running and analyzing the Appian Health Check
- Must have experience in creating low level design document, writing unit test cases and unit testing against defined Acceptance Criteria.
- Must be motivated about continuous learning, particularly regarding Appian, and ready to progress through advanced levels of certification.

**Salary**: £75,311.16-£85,970.98 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Appian: 6 years (preferred)
- Agile scrum: 6 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Appian certification (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
