As a Senior Developer working as part of a team you will drive the design, implement, test, deploy and post-release support in an agile development environment. You will execute on engineering and release priorities successfully whilst supporting more juniormembers of the team.

- Taking full ownership of delivery of your own user stories
- Reporting to Tech Leads and senior management at several levels
- Maintaining and support the infrastructure for the platform, working closely with industry leaders

- Mentoring junior developers to further their technical prowess. You succeed when your team does
**What you'll bring.**
- You have designed and implemented fast and efficient heterogeneous solutions featuring horizontally scalable technologies using open source technologies
- Experienced in in Appian deliveries
**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Broad experience of agile software development practices (Unit testing, Test driven development or CI/CD)
- Extensive experience working with Spring Framework and Message Queues
- Experience working with automated build and continuous integration systems Ansible, Chef, Puppet or Jenkins
- GitHub or Stack Overflow contributions and able to define technical architecture solutions
- Previous experience as full stack or back end developer of BKS, Java + Spring boot, web services
