**End User Team Leader, Hands-on, Mentoring, Support, Intune, Azure, Office 365, VDI, Stakeholdermanagement**

A leading provider of professional services is seeking someone to can help support, mentor and drive forward the end user support offerings on a global basis.

**The role**:
Day to day management and guidance of a team of technical analysts globally. Providing support to the team and their continual development for their own career progression.

Making decisions on how to tackle technical challenges and the approach required.

Liaising with senior management to assist with strategy and more long term decision making.

Keep up to date with changing market technologies in this specialised field and advise accordingly.

This includes the various scripting and deployment solutions in use as well as our VDI environment based on VMware Horizon View and any competing products.

**Skills required**:

- Windows 7, Windows 10 support and management including WSUS, Sysprep, MDT and imaging
- VMWare Horizon technology manage and configure non-persistent virtual desktops
- Remote Desktop Services Host
- Workspace One Mobile Device Management
- Microsoft Office 2010, 2016 deployment and customisation
- Application packaging, customisation and deployment
- Microsoft Surface's, Dell XPS laptops, Zero clients and thin client management
- Apple iOS, Apple OSX, Android OS's
- Microsoft Azure AD and Office 365
- Management of Microsoft Group Policies and Active Directory
- Systrack by Lakeside performance monitoring for user experience optimisation
- Performance monitoring for user experience optimisation
- Scripting in DOS, Powershell, or VBScript
- RSA and VMware Identity Manager
