**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive / Admin

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Based in Verwood we are now seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive / Admin to join the team to implement the marketing strategy and provide sales administration support. Our marketing approach includes, PR, mobile, socialand traditional methodologies.

**The Role**:
You will need to be enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and passionate with demonstrable success in digital marketing with a drive and ambition to succeed. You will be self-motivated and disciplined and an excellent communicator and confident in dealing withpeople of all levels. You will have the ability to spot new opportunities and have a solid understanding and proven experience of the different routes to market including digital, PR and networking with a focus on sales targets. A strong team player with excellentcommunication skills.

**Key Duties**:

- A hands-on role looking at all routes to market and identifying new ways and means to promote the platform.
- Implementing and delivering the marketing strategy to generate positive sales leads.
- Creating and steering the marketing activity and measuring the success of campaigns by producing regular campaign analysis reports.
- Designing and producing marketing collateral in line with branding guidelines.
- Writing copy and regular content for online listings and advertising opportunities.
- Working closely with internal colleagues to identify key case study clients and producing engaging PR articles.
- Creating regular engaging visuals for use in multiple channels and lead generation funnel.
- Regularly reviewing the website in liaison with the sales teams.
- Creating and implementing new and improved marketing processes.
- Carrying out regular market research and customer surveys on the brand and service to assess satisfaction, demand and brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- The ability to use social media to build client relationships, identify potential customers and markets and generate sales leads.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative and self-motivated who can work as part of a team or on own initiative with a high level of dedication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a sociable demeanour.
- Confident presenter who will confidently network and support the sales team at exhibitions and events.
- Love for all things marketing and technology, continuously pursuing knowledge and staying on top of trends
- Marketing qualification is desirable.
- Experience of using creative design packages.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
