**About The Role**:
As the Transport Supervisor here at Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare you will lead and manage a Transport Team based at depot and outstations. You will be reporting directly into the Senior Transport Supervisor to ensure that all transport operations are carried out safely and effectively. Leading a team of drivers, Transport Team Leader and a Transport Coordinator you will drive colleague engagement across the network. In addition, you will be required to conduct fleet management and support two satellite sites. You will ensure patients receive a high quality service at all times and that medicines are distributed at the correct temperature through the use of temperature controlled vehicles. **About You**: To be successful in this role you will have relevant experience gained within a transport environment as well as driver management experience. You will need knowledge of government legislation around the working time directive, as well as demonstrable leadership skills. With previous experience of meeting KPI’s, you will comfortable to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. With a continuous improvement mentality and a data driven approach, you will demonstrate the ability to use data to enhance performance. You must have a Drivers License and have awareness of GDP processes and practices.
