**Service Users**:Young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs
**Essential Requirements**:
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills
- Energetic & Resilient
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred i.e. roles where you work directly with vulnerable, young adults or children who may have suffered trauma
- You like being Active, enjoy doing/playing sports such as swimming, cycling, walking
- Like the Outdoors and doing outdoor pursuits
- Has Experience with younger children i.e. 6 to 13 year olds
- You possess a can-do attitude
- Can relate to children on all levels
- Understand this is a 365 days a year job, working various shift patterns

**About the Role**:
A national, leading provider of residential care for young people, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader for their Children's Home. This role involves providing day-to-day care for young people, ensuring smooth operations of the home, and providing leadership and support to the staff team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take care of the day-to-day needs of young people in the residential homes.
- Ensure the home operates at high standards and that staff are supported.
- Provide leadership to inspire colleagues and build relationships with young people.
- Step up to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
**Benefits and Incentives**:
- Base salary of £37,292 - £41,072 per year.
- Bonuses for up to 4 sleep-ins per month, paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year).
- Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year.
- Comprehensive paid for 4-week induction training at a specialist Academy
- 7 weeks’ holiday per year.
