Synergy are a long standing Integrated Marketing Services Agency based in Staffordshire. They have a history of helping National organisations to communicate with their customers and members through both print and digital channels.

A small and friendly team of 10 people they pride themselves on their unique position in the marketplace and their approachable and positive values. Tea, biscuits and a bit of fun as well as working hard is the key to their success.

As the Marketing Executive, you will not only be helping to craft the company's message and develop their presence in the market, you will also have the chance to work on multi-channel client projects. There will never be a dull day They are looking forsomebody to play a key role in targeting and developing new markets, while boosting online presence with creative content.
- Salary £24k-£27k DOE

**Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive**:

- Drive qualified leads into the business
- Drive engagement with current clients, encouraging their growth
- Assist and work with the sales team and account managers to promote company services
- Represent the company at trade shows
- Experience of working with web designers and managing freelance teams
- An understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Degree education with at least a years proven experience in industry within agency or client side.
- Creative copywriting and content creation
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and suppliers at all levels
- Good IT skills, WordPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Comfortable with other marketing softwares and CRM systems
